You have to enter a VATID in your company profile when ordering. The VATID must meet the following requirements:

a) It must not be a German VAT number. (Accordingly, one should not use a VATID starting with "DE").

b) The entered VATID must have been issued to your name and address.

c) The VAT number must be valid at the time of supply.
