In this case Picanova will charge the net price plus 19 % VAT for the delivery. In the invoice, the VAT amount is not shown separately. Accordingly, the invoice does not entitle to input VAT deduction.

Where can I apply for a VATID?

The application for a VATID must be submitted to the competent authority in the other EU member state. We advise you to discuss your individual needs in this respect with a tax advisor.
